MegaDoc provides digital document management and related technology services to help organizations securely organize, manage, access, and process their information.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All activities performed through your account.

Customers retain ownership of the documents, files, and business information they upload to MegaDoc.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload, store, process, and share such information through the Services.
MegaDoc will process customer data as necessary to provide and maintain the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
You must not use MegaDoc to:
Upload or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious content.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's account.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
Use the Services for any activity prohibited by applicable law.
All software, technology, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and other materials provided by MegaDoc are owned by or licensed to MegaDoc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to MegaDoc. However, the Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services when necessary.
Where Services are provided on a paid or subscription basis, applicable fees, billing terms, renewal conditions, and payment obligations will be communicated separately through the applicable quotation, order, subscription plan, or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for Services are subject to the applicable commercial terms.
MegaDoc may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, platforms, storage providers, or applications. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
MegaDoc is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of independent third-party services.
The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy, security, and reliability of our Services, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MegaDoc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Any liability of MegaDoc, where applicable, shall be subject to the terms of the relevant customer agreement or applicable law.
MegaDoc may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activities, or presents a security or operational risk.
Users may discontinue their use of the Services in accordance with the applicable subscription or service agreement.
MegaDoc may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement between MegaDoc and the customer.
